How to Make Semiconductor Production Safe and Efficient New ideas and solutions are continuously generated in microelectronics, manufacture automation is improving, the technology requires better and better accuracy. Main stages of semiconductor production are vacuum deposition, exposure, etching, ion implantation and diffusion of impurities. Special and hydride gases are used in all these processes, many of them are highly inflammable, poisonous and aggressive. The article considers the gas distribution system of an enterprise, which provides stable and high precision feeding of gases to the consumer with no decline in its purity level.

LTCC - Low-Temperature Co-Fired Ceramics Over the several years the technology of low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) has been applyed in different industries. Improving materials, technological processes and methods of their obtainment due to application of this technology has led to reduction of cost of electronic articles and optimization of their characteristics. That resulted in increase of interest to LTCC technology on the part of high-frequency equipment, optoelectronics and microelectromechanical systems manufacturers. As a result of its wide application new possibilities are opening up for production of electronic articles in such areas as telecommunication, medicine, car, defense and aerospace equipment. In this paper the main benefits of technology and characteristics of used materials are considered.

Structure and Properties of Chromic Coatings with Nanodiamond Strengthening Particles The work is devoted to studying the structure and revealing nanodiamond particles distribution by fraction in composite electrochemical chrome-based coatings (CEC). Research has established influence of nanodiamond particles concentration in CEC on wear resistance of the coating in different friction conditions and optimum concentration of diamond in CEC. Data on practical application of chromic coatings with nanodiamond inclusions in manufacture of the cutting tool are presented.

This is particularly obvious during long-term measurements, such as protein crystals growth monitoring or slow kinetics of chemical reactions on the surface, in material science studying oxidation and corrosion processes.

It became evident that in the nearest future the demand for experts in this field will grow. As a response to this challenge NT-MDT created Nanoeducator, an educational and scientific complex based on scanning probe microscope (SPM) focused on formation of a full-fledged class for studying nanotechnology fundamentals and carrying out research.
