Specifics of forming memristors based on copper sulfide
The paper presents the results of research into specifics of making memristors based on copper sulfide. The copper sulfidization process in chemical bath has been demonstrated in detail. It has been shown that increasing reagents concentration has significant influence on sulfide surface morphology.
