The paper presents the calculations results of optimal warm-up power of SC-cut quartz crystal piezoelement with direct heating for reducing warm-up time of precision quartz crystal oscillators. The results have been achieved by calculating piezoelement thermal processes dynamics in warm-up mode on space thermal model.
