Studying electromigration and total harmonic distortion in planar electrochemical transducers
Studying electromigration and total harmonic distortion in planar electrochemical transducers
The paper highlights electromigration influence on main characteristics of planar electrochemical systems with different parameters. The transporting processes have been simulated, current–voltage characteristic, transfer function and THD have been calculated, and quantitative estimates of the magnitude of the asymmetric electromigration flow and its effect on the nonlinearity coefficient of the system have been obtained.
